The Woodlot Managers's Guide to Carbon Sequestration and Greenhouse Gas Benefits

The Government of Ontario is committed to helping Ontario and Canada reduce emissions of the greenhouse gases that are causing our climate to change. This document, The Woodlot Manager’s Guide to Carbon Sequestration and Greenhouse Gas Benefits, is one of numerous initiatives being undertaken by the Ministry of Environment (MOE). It is specially designed for use in the province of Ontario.

The Government of Ontario encourages all residents of the province to plant trees. This Guide will help you determine the climate change benefits associated with tree planting.

We hope you find this document useful.
